Where can I change my email preferences?

You can change what you get email notifications about by logging in to your account, navigating to your settings and updating your email preferences.

I did not receive an account verification email.

Troubleshooting

Make sure the email isn't in you your spam or junk mail folder. If you still can't find it, request for it to be resent by contacting us through support.

How do I change the email address for my account?

Troubleshooting

Your email is your unique identifier, so it cannot be changed. You can, however, create another account for free using your preferred email address. You can also delete the account you no longer want by going into your preferences and clicking "Delete account".
