We’re a group of passionate, New York-based investors who came together in 2021 with a common mission: to democratize SPAC education and investing for all. We believe you shouldn’t have to spend thousands of dollars to access publicly-available SPAC data, so we decided to give it away for free. We are industry veterans who began investing in SPACs over 15 years ago. That being said, we believe that everyone should have the tools to be able to successfully invest in SPACs, whether you are an investment professional or not. Therefore, we have taken it upon ourselves to give you everything you need to make better investment decisions. In short, we give you access to the same data that our team uses to make their decisions managing institutional portfolios, but for free and in an easy-to-use format.

With this idea in mind, we launched our first website as a way for investors to directly download the SPAC database. Now we’ve moved onto something much more interesting – the SPACinformer platform – which we hope you will find even more useful. But we don’t plan on stopping here.
